Ray Parascando is the senior pastor of Crossroads Church in Staten Island, New York. Ray has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 21 years. They have two sons, Joseph and Benjamin. Ray Parascando is a native New Yorker. He is the founding and lead Pastor of Crossroads Church Staten Island, launched in 2002.

Over the past 22 years, God has uniquely positioned Crossroads Church for ministry to serve city schools, the veteran community, public and civil servants, and the New York Police Department. Crossroads has grown in size and influence for the kingdom, becoming a well-respected and recognised church in the Staten Island area. The church has meaningful partnerships with churches from around the country which have been a catalyst for the church's advancement.
