Martin and Anne have been leading Glory Baptist Church in Eldoret, Kenya, since its founding in 1996. Martin attended Kenya Baptist Theological Seminary and graduated with a Diploma in Theology and Education, and holds an honorary Doctorate in Leadership. Martin and Anne have four children: Lydia, Shalom, Becky, and Josiah. Martin also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Baptist Convention of Kenya, with his term running until 2027.

Glory Baptist Church is dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel among all people, leading them to salvation in Jesus Christ. The church abides in the New Testament pattern of worship, developing all into Christlike maturity and equiping them into ministry for the glory of God. The church's purpose is encapsulated in its mission to bear Kingdom fruits that will remain through evangelism and discipleship (John 15:16).

The church's commitment to growth is evident in its expansion to 12 preaching points, each poised to become a fully functional church. The church embodies its motto, "A place where everybody is somebody and Jesus Christ is Lord of all.
