Joselo Rodriquez is a passionate pastor leading El Ranchito Community Church in LaVega, Dominican Republic. He is married to Mercedes Portoreal Coronado (Johanny), and they have three children: Jose Danniel, Maria Celeste and Johanna Maria. With a heart for his community, Joselo has dedicated his life to pastoral care and community outreach, impacting countless lives through his ministry.

Iglesia Cristiana de la Comunidad de El Ranchito's mission is to establish God's kingdom within the community, form leaders and equip them to spread the Gospel. The church formed a key partnership with Global Effect that has been instrumental in helping the church reach its ministry goals and vision.

ICCR aims to create a network of churches dedicated to preaching the Gospel with integrity and developing leaders with a kingdom mindset.  Many ICCR members have moved abroad, serving and leading in their new communities.
