Leading with Your Hands | 9:30

Joey Rodgers

To lead with our hands is to move servant leadership from intention to action. In John 13, Jesus doesn’t just teach humility—He kneels and washes His disciples’ feet, showing that true leadership is expressed through service. Kingdom leadership is revealed not by authority or position, but by a willingness to meet real needs with love, care, and humility.

This message calls us to be leaders that model Christ by serving, coaching, empowering, and practically caring for those God has entrusted to us. Like the older brother in Luke 15, it’s possible to be present without sharing the Father’s heart. Leading with our hands means aligning our actions with grace, doing what Jesus did—not just saying what He said—and making God’s love tangible through the way we lead.
