What is Engage?

Jesus' commission to us is clear: to go and make disciples. Each year during Engage Weekend, our church places special focus on this calling. From caring for our community on Serve Saturday to learning about our mission partners on Mission Sunday, Engage Weekend refocuses us on the life-changing power of sharing the gospel.

Serve Saturday

Each year our church commits to a dedicated day of serving our community. On Serve Saturday, we saw over 100 volunteers serve at 9 local ministries dedicated to caring for the people of Fayette County.

Our Local Partners

GA Baptist Children's Home

For over 150 years, the GA Baptist Children's Home ministry has been committed to carrying for children who cannot otherwise care for themselves. On their 500+ acre property in Palmetto, GABCH maintains dozens of buildings for children in need.

Among many other aspects of their ministry, Bloom Foster provides clothing for foster families from their donation center and boutique in Fayetteville, GA.

The Real Life Center

A ministry of Dogwood Church in Tyrone, GA, the Real Life Center focuses on providing food to people in need. Along with their other ministries, the Real Life Center continues to be a support to many in the south Atlanta region.
