First Baptist Church of Peachtree City believes strongly in our seniors who are so

important to our lives and our ministry.  Consequently, we have several programs geared especially toward helping our senior adults enjoy complete and fulfilling physical AND spiritual lives!
 
Connection Groups
Sunday

Connection Groups are small group Bible studies that meet on Sundays for adults of all ages, stages of life and spiritual maturity, and are a key part of the disciple-making process of our church. They meet regularly at church and in homes for fellowship, Bible study, prayer, and to connect members in opportunities of service and ministry. Senior Excursions
Third Tuesday Monthly (September - May)

Who said retirement was a time to slow down? Each month the senior adults take a day trip to interesting, educational and fun places. Each month is a different place, but October is reserved for the annual Apple trip to the N. Georgia Mountains. And of course, a stop for lunch at one of our favorite restaurants is always planned. The cost of each trip varies according to the destination and does not include your cost for lunch. Reservations are required for each trip. Joy Luncheon
First Tuesday monthly (September - May)
Noon - 1:30 PM
Fellowship Hall

The Joy Luncheon is a wonderful time to get out and enjoy the company of others.  Bring your favorite side dish for you and others to enjoy (meats are provided by the church).  Each month, there is a different program ranging from a sing-along to a discussion led by a foreign missionary. Club 55
Last Wednesday each month
1 PM
The Bridge
Come out to The Bridge on the last Wednesday of every month from 1 to 3 PM for Club 55. Enjoy board games, bingo, movies and more. Each month we will have a special program or speaker. This event is open to all in the community 55 and older, so bring all your friends and neighbors for a great time.
Due to the holidays Club 55 will not meet in November and December. Club 55 will resume January 27, 2010.
