To support our Acts 1:8 teams approach to missions, we will continue to designate a significant portion of our unified church budget to missions and the partnering relationships we are developing. In addition, we also provide an opportunity to give towards a Global Missions Offering on an on-going basis for our Global Ministries locally and around the world.
A Global Missions Offering can be given at any time and can be selected on the offering envelopes provided to our church members. The monies accumulated in this offering fund will be divided based upon set percentages to our Acts 1:8 teams and the Lottie Moon and Annie Armstrong seasonal offerings. In addition, all Global Ministries Missions Offering collected during the month of December will be given to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering unless otherwise specified. |
This missions support program provides support for Southern Baptist Convention causes which include North American missions, international missions, six seminaries, all other convention-wide causes, Baptist colleges, children's homes and all other ministries of the state convention. Our cooperative giving currently supports 5,271 North American missionaries, and 5,541 international missionaries.

This offering is taken at Christmas for international missions work and provides much of the extra equipment needed to carry on the work. The Lottie Moon Christmas Offering is used by our IMB missionaries for extra equipment and ministry efforts not covered by the Cooperative Program giving. All Global Ministries Missions Offering collected during the month of December will be given to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering unless otherwise specified.
